Return and Exchange Policy
At Pashmire, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read the details below to understand our process.
Returns
We accept returns on items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, poly bags, or dust bags.

Please note:
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with the return policy, the item will be shipped back to you.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability, within 7 days of delivery.

- Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer you store credit or a full refund.
- Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange unless the exchange is due to a fault from our side.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at pashmire@gmail.com or call 0309-8258259. Kindly include photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
