• Valid Reason for Exchange: The reason for the exchange must be valid. All our product images are original and unedited to ensure transparency. We guarantee that you will receive the exact product as shown. Please refrain from requesting a refund/exchange without a genuine reason, such as receiving a damaged product.
• Condition: To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear and tear or missing their original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a clear video showing the received product.
• Reverse Pickup: If you require a replacement or exchange, we will arrange a reverse pickup service where available. In areas where reverse pickup is not possible, you will need to arrange the return shipment. Please provide the courier receipt to our customer support team for further assistance.
• One-Time Replacement: We offer a one-time replacement or exchange for our products. Once a one-time replacement has been issued, further refunds or replacements will not be possible for that product.
• Packaging: Please ensure that the product is carefully packed for return to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged due to improper packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Inspection and Processing: Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
• Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
