1. What types of clothing do you offer?

At Pashmire, we offer a variety of high-quality women's clothing, including winter 3-piece suits, karandi suits, ready-to-wear collections, and much more. Our pieces combine elegance and comfort, perfect for all seasons.

2. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Visit our website at pashmire.com, browse through our collections, select the items you wish to purchase, and click on "Add to Cart." Once you've finished shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online bank transfer

4. Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our services to international customers, so stay tuned for updates!

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For major cities, you can expect delivery within 3–5 working days. For more remote areas, delivery may take 5–7 working days. We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

6. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. For orders below that threshold, a standard shipping fee will apply. You can find detailed shipping costs during the checkout process.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package on our courier partner’s website.

8. What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return/exchange policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at pashmire@gmail.com with your order details.

9. How do I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at pashmire@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause! Please contact us at pashmire@gmail.com or call us at 0309-8258259 within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

11. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible at pashmire@gmail.com or 0309-8258259, and we will assist you with the changes.

12. Do you offer custom tailoring?

Currently, we do not offer custom tailoring services. However, our ready-to-wear collections come in various sizes to suit a range of body types. You can refer to our Size Guide on the product pages to find your perfect fit.

13. How do I care for my Pashmire clothing?

Each product comes with specific care instructions, which can also be found on the product page. Generally, we recommend hand-washing or dry cleaning for delicate fabrics like karandi. For detailed care, refer to the label on each item.
