We guarantee that you will receive the exact product as shown. Please refrain from requesting a refund/exchange without a genuine reason, such as receiving a damaged product.

Condition: To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear and tear or missing their original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Reverse Pickup: If you require a replacement or exchange, we will arrange a reverse pickup service where available. In areas where reverse pickup is not possible, you will need to arrange the return shipment. Please provide the courier receipt to our customer support team for further assistance.

One-Time Replacement: We offer a one-time replacement or exchange for our products. Once a one-time replacement has been issued, further refunds or replacements will not be possible for that product.
